Whether you’re staying in Paihia, bringing your own bike or arranging transport between trail sections, Top Trail makes getting to and from your ride simple. Our scheduled shuttle services carry you and your bike safely, so you can focus on the scenery, the riding and a great day out.

Choose from our scheduled Paihia, eastern and western shuttle services, or contact us about a private transfer. All scheduled shuttles include secure transport for your bike.
New: Paihia Pick-up & Return Shuttle East or West
Staying in Paihia? We’ll take you to our Kaikohe base in the morning and return you to Paihia after your eastern trail ride.
This is included in the one and two day package cost and a standard $75 per adult fee when shuttling only.
Riding west? In the morning we will collect you in Paihia at the Martime Building, we’ll transfer you to our Kaikohe Base to start your ride. In the afetrmnoon you willl join our standard shuttle from Māngungu and return you to Paihia via Kaikohe. The shuttle cost is $150 per adult.

RIDING EAST FROM PAIHIA $75 per adult · $45 per child aged 14 and under

- Scheduled collection at 3.00pm
- Pickup from Māngungu Mission, Horeke
- Return transfer to the Top Trail base in Kaikohe

Scheduled Eastern Shuttle Kawakawa or Ōpua → Kaikohe
- Kawakawa collection when the cycle train is not operating – 3pm
- Ōpua Marina collection when the cycle train connection is operating – 4.15pm
- Shuttles are coordinated with the current train timetable
- Return transfer to the Top Trail base in Kaikohe
- Secure bike transport included

The cycle train must be booked separately when it is operating. Spaces are limited.

Private & Full Trail Transfers
- Half-trail private transfer: $90 per adult / $45 per child
- Full-trail scheduled transfer: $155 per person
- Full-trail private transfer: $175 per adult / $85 per child
- Single passengers outside scheduled times are charged at the two-person minimum

Baggage Transfers
- $100 minimum per half trail, covering up to four bags
- $10 for each additional bag
